CreaMax Return Policy
At CreaMax, we’re committed to delivering the highest quality supplements. As our products are food items, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please contact us straight away at elliot@creamax.com.au with your order details and photos. We’ll replace the product or issue a full refund.
Subscription Orders
We know subscriptions can sometimes slip through by accident. If you’ve received an unwanted subscription order, we’re happy to help:
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
Once we receive the return, we’ll refund the product price minus a $10 shipping and handling cost to your original payment method.
